In any given market, WeightWise may have as many as four HealthPlex facilities strategically located throughout the area. This aggressive approach ensures everyone will have the resources they need to achieve a successful outcome.
The structure and design of WeightWise HealthPlexes consist of the following:
Multidisciplinary Clinic
Our clinics provide patients with a comfortable and relaxing environment where they can have all of their clinical needs met.
Training Room
Training rooms function as multi-purpose areas for support groups, seminars and patient education. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and occasional Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on an as needed basis. The training room provides members with access to technology unlike any program in the country. With drop-down LCD screens and computer software, presentations will be professionally done and can be broadcast to our other HealthPlexes throughout the country.
Fitness Center
The Foundation Fitness Center is one of the first of its kind in the country. Each location is staffed by our exercise physiologists. Exercise programs are individualized to accommodate each member's lifestyle and customized to accomplish appropriate as well as safe results.
It is well documented that an extreme prejudice exists for those with weight management issues, which distances them from society allowing them no opportunity to exercise in a safe, supportive environment. WeightWise HealthPlexes are created to provide a safe environment that is solely dedicated to meet the exercise needs of our patients and members.
WeightWise Marketplace
Every member needs nutritional support and an important component of nutritional support is protein and vitamin supplementation. In keeping with our philosophy of a turnkey approach, the WeightWise Marketplace offers fitness products as well as supplements that can be purchased at each Marketplace within the HealthPlex and at our online store. Partnering with superior manufacturers like Bariatric Advantage and Smart Forme assures that individuals will receive only the best in nutritional products from our WeightWise.
Sleep Lab
WeightWise offers diagnostic sleep testing located in our HealthPlex. Many types of sleep disorders can be detected during a sleep study which measures the amount and quality of an individual's sleep. Obstructive Sleep Apnea is one disorder that is very prevalent in morbidly obese individuals.
Other HealthPlex Benefits
Once you have joined WeightWise, you will receive a membership ID card. The card gives you access to all services provided by the program in which you are participating. Members will be eligible to receive points towards discounts for meeting goals set throughout the program. Examples include: discounts on Marketplace purchases, exercise access (gym) memberships, pedometers, t-shirts, caps and more.
