| Post-Op Diet Class | From Oklahoma City: Go North on Broadway Extension (US 77 Highway) to 15th Street in Edmond. Turn left at the stop light onto 15th Street, go past the stop light at Kelly Avenue and take the first left onto Renaissance Blvd. Continue to the end of the street where the hospital is located; WeightWise Program is upstairs and Summit Medical Center is downstairs. From I35: Exit on 15th Street in Edmond (North of the intersection of I44 and I35). Travel West on 15th Street past Coltrane, Bryant, Boulevard, Broadway and Kelly (approximately 4 miles), turn left on the first street past Kelly Avenue onto Renaissance Blvd. Continue to the end of the street where the hospital is located; WeightWise Program is upstairs and Summit Medical Center is downstairs. From the west: Drive east on the John Kilpatrick Turnpike and take the Broadway Extension/US 77 North exit toward Edmond. From the Broadway Extension, turn left (west) onto 15th Street and drive 1 & ?? of a mile. Turn left (south) onto Renaissance Boulevard and take it 2/10 of a mile. Summit Medical Center and WeightWise is located at the end of Renaissance Boulevard. From the south: Take Interstate 235 North into Edmond (I-235 becomes US 77/Broadway Extension). From the Broadway Extension, turn left (west) onto S.W. 15th Street and drive 1 & ?? of a mile. Turn left (south) onto Renaissance Boulevard and take it 2/10 of a mile. Summit Medical Center and WeightWise is located at the end of Renaissance Boulevard. From the north: Take Interstate 35 South into Edmond and take exit #141 onto 2nd Street. Take a right and drive east on 2nd Street about four miles until you reach Kelley Avenue. Turn left (south) and drive about 1 mile. Then, turn right (west) onto 15th Street. About ?? after 15th Street, turn left (south) onto Renaissance Boulevard and take it 2/10 of a mile. Summit Medical Center and WeightWise is located at the end of Renaissance Boulevard. From the east: Drive west on Turner Turnpike/I-44. Once the Turner Turnpike becomes the John Kilpatrick Turnpike, you will drive about 3.5 miles and take the Broadway Extension/US 77 North exit toward Edmond. From the Broadway Extension, turn left (west) onto S.W. 15th Street and drive ?? of a mile. Turn left (south) onto Renaissance Boulevard and take it 2/10 of a mile. Summit Medical Center and WeightWise is located at the end of Renaissance Boulevard. |
