If you live beyond a three to four hour drive from our facility, the Long Distance: Pre and Post Operative Program, just might be right for you. This program utilizes web based education and your local medical professionals to facilitate preparation for a successful operation and long term weight loss maintenance.

The “Long Distance Program” will require personal motivation and dedication to the program in order to be successful. Your local physician must be enlisted and willing to assist you during your weight loss journey, both pre and post operatively. Our dietitians are able to counsel electronically (computer and phone) pre and post operatively. We encourage all WeightWise Patients to attend a support group on a regular basis. If you need assistance locating a support group please ask a member of our staff for available resources.
