Know Your Number Metabolic Program consists of:

• Advanced Metabolic Testing-  During the metabolic tests, your trainer will measure your O₂ uptake and your CO₂ output, otherwise known as:Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and VO2. Utilizing the NewLeaf Fitness System, the test will determine how your body burns calories at rest and the heart rate zone at which you burn those calories efficiently
• An Initial Exercise Consultation, with an Exercise Physiologist
• An Initial Dietary Consultation, with a Registered Dietitian

This one visit metabolic program is $225.00. Optional follow-up appointments and B12 injections are available by appointment.

The 6 Month Metabolic Program program consists of:

• Advanced Metabolic Testing-  During the metabolic tests, your trainer will measure your O₂ uptake and your CO₂ output, otherwise known as:Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and VO2. Utilizing the NewLeaf Fitness System, the test will determine how your body burns calories at rest and the heart rate zone at which you burn those calories efficiently
• An inital lab panel (if similar labwork has not been performed in the last six months)
• An Initial Exercise Consultation, with an Exercise Physiologist
• An Initial Dietary Consultation, with a Registered Dietitian
• Personalized diet and exercise plans 
• Total of 5 follow-up visits over a six-week to six-month timeline
• Optional meetings with a licensed psychologist specializing in behavior modification and lifestyle management
